ROVA Billet 3rd Gen Tacoma Bedside Support Endlinks
ROVA Billet 3rd Gen Tacoma Bedside Support Endlinks
PREORDER RELEASE - Orders will start shipping mid June!
Description
The ROVA adjustable bedside support endlinks for the 3rd gen Tacoma are inspired by motorsport and designed to provide a premium solution to the floppy bedsides you get as a result of cutting the rear fenders and installing high clearance bumpers. These support endlinks are made of aluminum rods with stainless steel rod ends and stainless hardware. The L brackets can be rivetted on or bolted on to the desired location on the bedsides. The brackets have a small enough footprint so the rivets can be hidden under the remaining fender trim if desired. If doing a complete fender chop, the L bracket rivets are small enough to maintain an extremely covert and stealth appearance. The endlink design is significantly stronger than any bent sheet metal bedside supports. The best part of the motorsport inspired design is that the endlinks are adjustable in length and will work for all types of fender cuts on the 3rd gen Tacoma, it will even work on some extreme prerunner builds with widebody flares.

Installation
Installation of the ROVA adjustable 3rd gen Tacoma bedside support endlinks is pretty straightforward. The endlinks are shipped pre-assembled so they can be installed on the truck the way that they are shipped. Below is a step-by-step guide.
- Using the provided M6 bolt, install the endlink to the truck body using the outward most screw (there are two factory screws, refer to the photo).
- With one side of the endlink attached to the truck body, position the endlink to the area of the fender/bedside that you would like to mount to.
- Mark the 2x rivet/mounting holes on the L bracket to the inside of the fender/bedside.
- If installing with the provided 3/16" rivets, use a #11 drill to drill the two holes.
- Use a rivet gun to install the rivets to the L bracket.
- Adjust the length of the endlinks to bring in or push out the bedsides to the desired position.
- Repeat for the other side.
